Jillian Walker
Founder, Conscious Consulting · Breathwork & Meditation Teacher
Jillian Walker is a Performance Strategist, Meditation Teacher, Certified Breathwork Instructor, author, and founder of Conscious Consulting, where she helps people transform the inner patterns shaping how they experience—and ultimately create—their lives. Jillian earned her B.A. in Environmental Studies from New College of Florida, where her study of complex living systems gave her an enduring fascination with critical points: the places within a system where a seemingly small shift can alter the trajectory of the whole. That understanding would eventually become central to her work with people—identifying the internal patterns, beliefs, and physiological responses that, when changed at their roots, have the power to change the direction of a life. Her path into this work, however, became deeply personal. In her mid-twenties, profound loss transformed what had already been a decade-long yoga practice from something she practiced into something she relied upon. Breath, meditation, movement, and the exploration of consciousness became the foundation through which she learned to move through grief, rebuild herself, and ultimately discover a deeper capacity for resilience, joy, and personal power. Today, Jillian brings more than a decade of professional experience to her work as a certified breathwork instructor, meditation teacher, and performance strategist. By integrating nervous-system health, breath work, meditation, somatic practices, and subconscious work she guides clients through their journey to heal old wounds, leave burnout behind, rise from the ashes of profound loss, and step more fully into their greatest potential. Her Breakthrough Sessions take that work deeper, helping clients uncover and rewire subconscious patterns that have been quietly directing their choices, relationships, behaviors, and sense of what is possible for their lives. At Unleash Your Brave, Jillian will guide meditation and breathwork experiences throughout the event—creating intentional moments between speakers for participants to pause, regulate, and integrate what they've received, and thus be more able to continue to receive. Because transformation isn't only about what we understand intellectually. It's about what we allow ourselves to embody.
